Hello everyone, its been quite a busy 6 weeks for myself with work and I haven't been able to properly update the Patreon and the YT/Website. So lets run through the breakdown of what's happening / what's to come.
ATP6B will be on my door step on Tuesday, I have work that day but ill get everything packaged and ready to ship Wednesday morning.
The ATP 6B run had some issues with a new layout format for our printer and I was forced to update the cards several times during the busiest few weeks of the year for work. So some days were just impossible to get to it. After understanding the new format it shouldn't be an issue moving forward for future sets.
With work being as hectic as its been there just hasn't been enough time to buckle down on content, however in the coming weeks I plan on doing several different kinds of it.
Since ATP6B was released Devastator, Surperion, Menasaur, and Omega Surpreme have all been back in events, Ill be breaking down this development in a number of videos discussing the "ins and outs" of each of the decks played in the last few months.
We've had 1 Titan One, 1 Classic, and 1 Primus event since ATP 6B release. I want to break down those events and clue everyone in on the impact of 6B!
ATP 7 will be bringing 2 new mechanics and card types to the game, we plan on doing breakdowns for them and introducing the set little by little.
Because were out of season it gives us freedom to just have some fun with random ideas. In July we ran a Deck Tech Challenge which was fun and got people to see some different decks designed around characters that have been underplayed through the ATP life Span.
For October I'll be release a list of characters similar to what we did in July and your deck for October must include one the characters. This gives everyone the chance to enjoy some lesser played characters while giving deck builders the opportunity to shine. The event it self will be in the Classic Format!
Will also still run the Deck Tech Challenge on the discord for people to vote on their favorites during the month with the winner getting their choice of a SpotGloss Character.
While a ton of work and effort has went into ATP7 were still not where we need to be for its release. we have lots of layers were adding to the game in subtle ways, were going to be opening up our testing sessions to the public rooms in the discord moving forward, we'd love to have players enter in and watch, ask questions, and give us feed back on what their seeing.
This set is adding 2 new mechanics to the game and 2 new card types. So its important to us that we get them right. if you happen to see anyone playing games in the server in a public room its a very good chance you may be able to get a glance at ATP7.
Will be recording a new Protocols cast in the coming week or so discussing the 2 new Card Types Plot Actions and Minicons. so be on the lookout for that.
If your attending Pax unplugged PLEASE LET ME KNOW! We will be there and we will be ready to play games if enough of us are going to be there and want to enjoy the game in a tournament fashion I will make that happen as well!
But I need a head count for at least existing players before considering walk ons or older players returning that may no longer have decks etc, but I will be on site that weekend and will be as prepared as possible to play the game and enjoy it in person which we so rarely get to do now a days.
Will be posting links to the incoming content in the weeks to come. Ill also post here when are Sets for ATP6B are in the mail! Thank you again for all the support through a busy summer for many, we hope to continue on and enjoy this game as a community, ATP7 has been a long process but we've learned a ton along the way and cant wait to start revealing where we are currently with it.
Until next time...
There will be a Raffle for All Donations to the charity. (full list of prizes will be released as we get closer to the event) Expect Playmats, Full Art Cards, Printed ATP set, Etc
