Full Constructed Deck Spotlights

Leading into the last Titan One event of the year I did a round of Deck Spotlights for various underplayed decks in the metagame. This go round leading into the first Event of the New Year id like to put some love on various decks in the Meta that I believe could end up showing up in High numbers in the This month Monthly Event. I Believe there are many decks that with the right matchups could take down the whole event. So what does Full Constructed allow us to do? Well its far more powerful format allowing for Double Titan Master along with Legend + Titan master. So which Decks look like they do best on the Surface? Well let's check em out!

For the first time in a long time it is very likely to see an uptick in Perceptor decks. Preceptor was a character that was a force in the Wave 5 metagame for a time, and had its moments in the ATP meta. However, for the first time in quite awhile he had a true partner for Full Con again. ATP 5 Highbrow has changed all of that. The ability to increase the cards seen on Perceptors flips greatly increased the odds to see specific cards when needed. Along with giving you a character that has built in Sturdy in capable of taking a hit or 2 to stick around. And the craziest part about this is the freedom you have for the star cost for your 3rd character. The Above List is a Day one Deck design to include Wreckgar ( who may be a bit of a sleeper in this metagame as well)

This Deck Leverages Game actions to its fullest potential making every last point of the game count. Each full rotation on your Perceptor puts a true “clock” on the game for the sheer potential to one shot so many enemies in the game. Gruesome Legion is also scaling the entire game to hit unprecedented Attack stats as well. In a game of Grind this deck scales incredibly well into a lot of similar strategies. One or two Showing Offs can really change the outcome of a game.

Next let's look at a deck of the past. ATP 4 “Scream Titans” was a deck that found a ton of success in the Full Constructed Metagame, was in the Finals of 2 different events with getting a Win for one of them. The pressure this deck presents is incredibly fast paced, adding a card like Knack adds some “reach” for certain cards in the list as well. The deck may have lost Magnetic Disfunction Ray, but it's still one of the pure OB Pierce Decks in the Meta-game. Also the option for playing smaller heads and adding Legendary Herald Megatron is also a great choice you can make if you'd like to be more of a “Big Orange” deck.

Another ATP 5 creation for the format. Good Ole Sturdy Boys. This is another deck we knew would exist when creating ATP 5, 3 Wide Sturdy ( this is not the only list that can achieve this by the way) , but this does seem to be more popular than its aggressive counterpart with ATP 4 Hotrod. Highbrow is slotting into many options in the Format being the low costing Titan Master he is. It's no but this particular deck has a nice plan, a solid health pool and does quite well and getting to nice attack stats. Very good at Defending and Attacking and Alpha Trion grants you a ton of freedom for battle deck choices with his Flip to Alt Mode.

Wanted to start these “Deck Spotlights” with 3 Decks that truly Invoke the Spirit of Full Constructed testing the limits to what is Legal within the games ``Restrictive Star Cost”. Lookout for More Deck SpotLights in the next Article!
